1. Professor
•Pay Scale: Rs. 70000 Fix pay + 5000 HRA & 5% Increment + NPA
•Qualification: 4 yrs teaching experience as Associate Professor in Medical College or 3 years teaching experience as Associate Professor in Medical College with 4 research papers in index/ national journals as first/ second author of which min. 2 must be in tenure of Associate Professor.
2. Associate Professor:
•Pay Scale: Rs. 60000 Fix pay + 4000 HRA & 5% Increment + NPA
•Qualification: 5 yrs teaching experience as Assistant Professor in Medical College or 4 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor in Medical College with 2  research papers in index/ national journals as first/ second author during of Associate Professor.
3. Assistant Professor (Pharmacology)
•Pay Scale Rs. 40000 Fix pay + 3000 HRA & 5% Increment + NPA
•Pay Scale: P.G. Degree in Concern Subject.
3. Senior Resident
•Pay Scale: Rs. 35000 Fix pay + 10% Add. Pay+ HRA 5% & 5% Increment
•Qualification: P.G. Degree in Concern Subject.
 4. Demonstrator:
•Pay Scale: Rs. 25000 Fix pay + 10% Add. Pay + 5% HRA & 5% Increment
•Qualification: MBBS
